Question 1

How fast can you get to my house in Oakland or Walnut Creek?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the day's schedule and where our technicians are when you call. We're open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and we do our best to reach repair calls the same day when possible. Call (855) 356-4948 and our coordinator will give you a realistic arrival estimate based on your specific location.

Question 2

Do you charge for estimates in Castro Valley and nearby cities?

Accepted Answer

No. Estimates are free, and we give you the full price before any work starts. You'll know exactly what the repair or replacement costs before we pick up a tool. Call (855) 356-4948 to schedule a free estimate at your home.

Question 3

Can you come to Fremont or Hayward?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. We focus on Castro Valley, Oakland, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Alameda, Piedmont, Danville, Newark, Foster City, and San Lorenzo, but our service radius often extends to nearby communities. Call (855) 356-4948 with your address and we'll tell you right away if we can help.

Question 4

Will the price change once you see the door?

Accepted Answer

No. We quote the job after we see the door and before we begin any work. The number we give you is the number you pay. If we find something unexpected during the repair, we'll stop and talk to you before doing anything else. You'll never get a surprise invoice at the end. Call (855) 356-4948 for a free, no-obligation quote.

Question 5

Do you carry garage door parts on the truck?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our vehicles are stocked with the most common springs, cables, rollers, hinges, and opener parts for Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and Craftsman doors. That means most repairs in Castro Valley and the surrounding cities are completed in one visit without waiting for parts to be ordered. If your door is unusual or older, we may need to source a specific component, and we'll tell you that before you commit to anything. Call (855) 356-4948 to schedule a repair.

Question 6

Safety note about garage door springs

Accepted Answer

Garage door torsion and extension springs are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury if handled incorrectly. Do not attempt to remove or adjust them yourself. What a trained technician watches for includes the spring's wire diameter, the number of coils, and how the door balances when the opener is disengaged. That's how we determine the correct replacement size. If your spring is broken, call (855) 356-4948 and let a professional handle it safely.
